Delete Account & Data
Request deletion of your LexPort exam prep account. We process all requests within 30 days.
How to request deletion
- 1.Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Delete my account”.
- 2.Include the email address you used to sign in to the app (Google or Apple) so we can locate your account.
- 3.We will confirm deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data is removed.
Apps covered: CMSRN Exam Prep, CPN Pediatric Nurse Exam Prep, and any other LexPort nursing certification app published by LexPort Exam Prep.

What will be deleted
Within 30 days of your request:
- Account record (email, name, sign-in identity)
- Quiz attempts, scores, and progress history
- Bookmarks, flagged questions, and personal notes
- Subscription record (note: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play or App Store before account deletion)
What may be retained
For legal, accounting, and security reasons, some non-personally-identifiable data may be retained:
- Anonymized aggregate analytics
- No personal identifiers attached — used for product improvement only.
- Transaction records
- Required for tax and legal compliance. Kept up to 7 years per applicable regulations.
- Crash logs
- Auto-purged after 90 days. Contains no personal data.
Delete only some data (keep account)
If you want to delete only specific data — for example, your quiz attempt history — without removing your account, email [email protected] with details of what you would like removed.
⚠️ Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in your store account before requesting deletion:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CMSRN/CPN Pro → Cancel
- Android:Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CMSRN/CPN Pro → Cancel
