Terms of Use
The agreement that governs your use of our exam prep apps.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using our exam preparation applications (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”), which form a legal agreement between you and LexPort (“we,” “our,” or “us”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial exam-preparation purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase:
- Monthly subscription — auto-renewable monthly access
- Quarterly subscription — auto-renewable quarterly access
- Lifetime — a one-time purchase for permanent access
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings: iOS — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android— Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
4. Free Sample
A free sample is available without an account or purchase. Full access to the complete question bank and mock exams requires an active subscription or a lifetime purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or publicly display the App or its content;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or question bank;
- Share, transfer, or sell your account or access with or to others;
- Use the App for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including questions, rationales, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by LexPort or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license described above.
7. Educational Use Only; No Affiliation; No Guarantee
The App provides educational content for exam preparation only and does not constitute medical, legal, or other professional advice. The App is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body, examination provider, or other organization. We do not guarantee any particular exam result or outcome.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexPort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer-protection rights that may be available to you under the law of your place of residence.
