Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) candidates pay $309 for the exam, of which $103 is a registration fee that the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) does not refund. Retesting costs $252, and Society of Pediatric Nurses (SPN) members save $45 on their first attempt. These fees took effect on October 1, 2025.
